Location: Central Africa
Attribute: Will stand motionless for 30 minutes or more to wait for a meal. Its diet consists primarily of lungfish, the shape of which match the shoebill’s bill perfectly. Once the bird lunges for its meal it can take some time for it to regain its balance.
